What does the trailer rental fee include?
1-2 designated staff members to serve desserts
Arrival 60-90 minutes before start time, setup, 30-60 minute breakdown (this time is not counted towards your rental fee, so 2 hours = 2 hours of serve time)
An adorable trailer to serve desserts out of, as well as a picture perfect backdrop
Decorative elements on/in the trailer to tie into your event
What is not included in the trailer fee?
A small fee for travel to events outside of the Santa Ynez Valley
Desserts/non alcoholic drinks (these are completely custom and will be priced based upon your specifications, but are not included in the rental price for the trailer itself)
What does the service fee include?
Disposable plates, utensils, napkins, and cups (if applicable)
Travel fee for events outside of the Santa Ynez Valley
Where do you serve?
We are located in the Santa Ynez Valley, but travel all throughout California’s Central Coast including Santa Barbara, Ojai, Ventura, Malibu, San Louis Obispo, and Paso Robles. Our trailer rental includes 25 mile round trip, but we are happy to travel farther to your event for a small travel fee.
How big is the trailer?
The Bakery Box SYV takes up approximately 13’ by 7’ of space.
What type of events do you do?
We would be the perfect addition to most events from elegant weddings, to corporate events, to funky birthday bashes. Contact us today to see if we would be a good fit for your event/special occasion!
What requirements are needed for your setup?
For our basic setup, we simply need a 15’ by 10’ space to park/serve out of, but for events that require refrigeration, we will need electricity within 100 feet.
Is gratuity included?
We do not include gratuity in your final invoice. It is always greatly appreciated, but never required.
