Lindsay did our cake and dessert charcuterie. We initially wanted a family recipe for our cake and were going to have a family member make it. We decided that was too much work and decided to try out some local bakers. Lindsay was one of our contenders and she NAILED IT the FIRSTTIME. The cake she made tasted just like my grandmothers recipe we were thrilled! She made us a variety of treats on our special day, all were so yummy and loved by the guests. Not only were the treats yummy but the trailer was such a fun added touch to the overall ambiance. Lindsay was quick to respond and very easy to work with through the entire process.
